Abstract

Plan and organize a family is a matter of humanity currently being sought its implementation by the Government and the People of Indonesia, including in the city of Pekanbaru, especially in Sub Umbrella Sekaki. Therefore made Family Program Planning for a Healthy and Prosperous Family creation. The problem in this study is How Evaluation Program Planning in Sub Umbrella Family Sekaki Pekanbaru. As for the purpose of this study was to determine the Evaluation of Family Planning Programs in Sub Umbrella Sekaki Pekanbaru. That researchers use theoretical concepts are and Evaluation Program. This study used qualitative research methods to the study of descriptive data. In collecting data, the researcher used interview techniques, observation and documentation. By using a key informant as a source of information and as a source of triangulation techniques in testing the validity of the data. The results of this study indicate that the Evaluation of Family Planning Programs in Sub Umbrella Sekaki Pekanbaru not running optimally. Factors affecting the implementation of family planning program in the District Umbrella Sekaki Pekanbaru City is still a lack of resources and lack of support facilities implementing the program implementation, communication, disposition, and a bureaucratic structure.
