COORDINATION OF SATUAN KERJA PERANGKAT DAERAH (SKPD) TO HANDLING OF HYGIENE AREA IN THE CITY OF PEKANBARU

Abstract

Coordination of Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) to Handling of Hygiene Area In The City of Pekanbaru. This study was conducted to see how coordination of Coordination of Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) to Handling of Hygiene Area In The City of Pekanbaru. Based on the results of research conducted, implementation of Coordination of Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) to Handling of Hygiene Area In The City of Pekanbaru has not done well, because state agenciaes that are horizontal, coordination can be seen from both the accountability indicators, process, setting regularly, unity of action, and the goal has not been well categorized. Of which there are 5 (five) indicators of coordination, which is 4 (four) indicators met, and 1 (one) indicators has not been met. There are several factors inhibiting coordination of Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) to handling of Hygiene area in the city of Pekanbaru the limited numbers of personel, lack of supervision in the field, discipline hygiene aparattus, the apparattus is still low motivation, lack of hygiene facilities and infrastructur as well as lack of awareness of the public to participate in protecting the environment.
