Abstract:
Marriage is a bond between the inner and outer man and a woman as husband and
wife with the intention of forming families (households) are happy and eternal based on God.
Married phenomenon among college students today have become common in the lecture. Many
things that motivate students to perform at the wedding of the study period, both motivated from
within or external motivation. Roles and responsibilities are not easy to run for a female student
who highlight student views on marriage. The purpose of the research to know the ins and outs
of marriage among students Strata 1 (S1) with a focus on student characteristics, motivation
married before completing the study period, obstacles and strategies for students in family life
and college. Respondents in this study amounted to 6 students with student characteristics S1,
status as a student, aged 18-25 years, were married in the study period and was not divorced at
the time this research was conducted. The method is used to analyze the qualitative descriptive
pengambian techniques of data is by observation and in-depth interviews. Based on the
research, it was concluded that in general the respondents were married while still in college
because it has a strong motivation to get married, and supported by factors - factors such as the
support and blessing of parents and belief in yourself to undergo the wedding while in college.
In general, students who are married married life while still a student in good shape even
though they are difficult to manage time between school and home and married life sometimes
tinged with a little conflict.
