Kinerja Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak (P2TP2A) dalam Menangani Kekerasan Terhadap Perempuan dan Anak di Provinsi Riau ( Studi Kasus Kota Pekanbaru)

Abstract

Integrated Service center and Women Empowerment and Child Protection (P2TP2A) is one form of vehicle services for disabled women and children in the fulfillment of information and Needs in the Field of Education, Health, Economics, Law, Protection and Countermeasures follow-Violence against Women and Trade and the Son. Center for Integrated Women Empowerment ministry and children (P2TP2A) is a platform OSS covers preventive maintenance, preparation, and maintenance of integrated services for victims includes health rehabilitation service, sisosial rehabilitation, social reintegration and legal assistance as well as monitoring and evaluation. Cases of violence experienced by women and children is still relatively little is reported, however, realized that the amount of sacrifice which is like an iceberg phenomenon that appears kepermukaan slight amount that is there. As to which is the purpose of this study was to find out how the performance of Integrated Service center Women Empowerment and Child (P2TP2A) in child protection efforts in the province of Riau (Pekanbaru City Case Study) and the factors which influence the performance. The researchers use theoretical concepts are theoretical concepts Saduwasistiono performance: productivity, responsibilitas. As for the factors affecting the performance of the theory researchers use Hariandja: quantity of work, quality of work, job knowledge, team collaboration and creativity. This study uses qualitative research methods to the study of descriptive data. In data collection, researchers using interview and observation techniques. With respect to the purpose of qualitative research, the most important in the sampling procedure is how to determine the key informants (key informants) or specific social situations according to information overload research focus. To select the sample (key informants or social situations) should be done intentionally (purposive sampling). Results of this study show that the performance of Integrated Service center Women Empowerment and Child (P2TP2A) in child protection efforts in the province of Riau (Pekanbaru City Case Study) is not running optimally. In addition, there are factors of quantity and kreatifita ssehingga employment impact on the performance of Integrated Service center Women Empowerment and Child (P2TP2A) in child protection efforts in the province of Riau (Pekanbaru City Case Study) in providing good service to the community.
