He purpose of this study was to determine how the system of staffing services in the Office of State Personnel Board Regional Office XII Pekanbaru, to determine the factors - factors that affect system staffing services in the Office of State Personnel Board Regional Office XII Pekanbaru. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. From the results of the research.
