dc.description	Pelaksanaan penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh anak dibawah umur di Polisi Resort Kota Pekanbaru, bahwa dalam proses penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana pelemperan Mapolresta Pekanbaru yang dilakukan oleh anak dibawah umur tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, karena pemerikasaannya tidak ditangani oleh Unit Pelayanan Perempuan dan Anak, melainkan ditangani oleh Unit Kejahatan dan Kekerasan, kemudian Unit Kejahatan dan Kekerasan menyerahkan perkara kepada Unit Resum Polisi Resort Kota Pekanbaru yang mana pelaksanaan penyidikannya di sesuaikan dengan KUHAP dan juga menggunakan Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 1997 tentang Pengadilan Anak.	en_US
