IMPLEMENTASI BNP2TKI DALAM PERMASALAHAN PENGIRIMAN TENAGA KERJA INDONESIA KE ARAB SAUDI 2006-2011

Abstract

Abstrak: This research aims to analyse the BNP2TKI implementation in Indonesia Labor Delivery to Studi Arabia with case study 2006-2011. the delivery of Labor) did by the government under control of government’s decision (SBY) throught Foreign Master under control of transmigration and labor department then legalized by foreign minister as an official labor from Indonesia. This study is related with labor’s problems. The data used in this study summarized the many-sources such as: of several book, international journal, internet media, newspaper and website related to this research. The methods in this study is qualitative. To anaize the study, used the theory by Graham T Allicon “Theory About Rational Actor”, to analize toward the decisions and the impact of the decions itself to other countries. The resul showed thet the recruitmen: by BNP2TKI or PJTKI who made a join venture with private sector was not suitable with the procedur and even more have no responsibilities to the labors. Inotherhand, the rules of BNP2TKI have so many problems such as individuality of the labors. Government and local state. There was so many weakness in olitical communication of Indnesia toward Saudi Arabia that government of Indonesia have no quality to response the issues and problems, and furthermore the weakness of BNP2TKI in law implementation to protect the Indonesia labor in other counties
