Analisis Ketahanan Pangan Beras Kecamatan Bangkinang

Abstract

Food security interpreted as condition fufilled of food to household which is mirror from available of food which enough, goodness sum up and also its quality, peaceful, flatten and reached. Food insecurity is situation an area, household or society which is availability and insufficient food security to fulfill physiological requirement standard to health and growth most society. Problem of Food is situation of excess of food, lacking of food, and/or household disability in fulfilling requirement of food. This research aim to to analyse : ( 1) Resilience food seen from side of is food availibility, food and livelihood, food utilization and food vulnerability in District of Bangkinang year 2010. ( 2) Level food insecurity in District of Bangkinang year 2010. ( 3) Identifying solution and problems to increase food resilience in District of Bangkinang. Location which is selected in this research is District of Bangkinang with consideration of this District non area of sentra food crop in Sub-Province of Kampar. Method Research the used is method survey by collecting datas of sekunder and primer. Obtained to be Dimension data to be analysed by guidance at food resilience analysis by United Nations World Food Programme ( 2005) with using tabulation analysis and interpreted descriptively. Pursuant to research which have been in condition of general District of Bangkinang of is included in classification enough hold up food with value make an index to 0,37. If seen from aspect of is food availability with value of indek 1,00 District of Bangkinang enter in classification highly vulnareble food. analyse to aspect access earnings and food and also analyse exploiting aspect/ absorbtion of food District of Bangkinang enter in classification hold up food with value make an index to 0,21 dan 0,26. Analyse to food spanning aspect of showing that District of Bangkinang enter in classification very hold up food.
