Abstract:
Corruption is a very serious problem, because it could endanger the stability and security of
the state and society, endanger the development of social, political and economic community,
even can also damage the values of democracy and morality as they affect the civilizing
corruption. Efforts to combat corruption caught up in a debate and hobbling behind the
growth rate of the tactics and strategies of the perpetrators of corruption that always seem
one step ahead of law enforcement.

Justice collaborator merupakan istilah baru dalam sistem hukum di Indonesia
sehingga belum banyak peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur tentang
istilah ini didalam peraturan perundang-undangan Indonesia. Didalam KUHAP
sendiri pengaturan tentang justice collaborator belum ada termuat, namun dalam
beberapa peraturan diluar KUHAP sudah ada menyinggung sedikit tentang
perlindungan dan pengertiannya.
