Abstract:
A crime rape is an act of very reprehensible and damaging human ethics and
morals. As stipulated in the Penal Law Article 285 KUHP. In essence, every victim of a
different crime, would require the understanding and protection of different laws. Is we
need to know exactly what kind of legal protection provided by the Act No. 13 of 2006
on the Protection of Witnesses and Victims of the crime of rape victims. Victim of the
crime of rape necessarily expect the rule of law and justice for him also for perpetrators.

Perlindungan korban tindak pidana perkosaan berdasarkan Undang-Undang
Nomor 13 Tahun 2006 tentang Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban, bahwa
dalam undang-undang ini tidak diatur bagaimana perlindungan bagi korban
tindak pidana perkosaan. Secara umum, hak-hak yang diberikan oleh
undang-undang ini bagi korban kejahatan memang sudah cukup baik.
Tetapi kiranya, hukum haruslah berkembang, mempelajari, memahami dan
dapat mengatur apa yang sebenarnya dibutuhkan oleh korban tindak pidana
perkosaan.
