Abstract:
The title of this essay is "Confidence Level Analysis Seventh Grade Students
of Class VII Sport and EKS RSBI SMPN.1 Bangkinang TP 2012/2013". The
purpose of this study is to describe the level of confidence of students from class
VII and VII EKS OR SMPN1 Bangkinang RSBI in 2013. Given this research are
expected to be able to know whether there are differences in the percentage of
students' level of confidence that taste; l of class VII and VII OR EKS RSBI
SMPN1 Bangkinng 2013. Samples taken are unsaturated samples, only partly
because of the population sampled. Class VII and Class OR 31 RSBI 26 people.
Moderate population SMPN1 VII Class Bangkinag numbered 240 people. The
method used in this research is descriptive narrative, which distinguish variables
X1 and X2, the data collection tool using personality scales of PETER LAUSTER
In DHGULO, data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of the
percentage of the average calculation based instruments determined by the
formula P = F / N x 100%. Based on the analysis of data on student confidence
bersal of class VII OR it can be seen that more than half have confidence Medium
(S), and very small class VII OR who have the confidence Low (R). And Class
VII RSBI EKS can be seen that more than half had self confidence Medium (S).
And very small class VII EKS RSBI who have the confidence Low (R). Based on
research and calculation that can percentaged that there is no difference in the
percentage level of confidence of class VII and VII OR EKS RSBI SMPN1
Bangkinang TP 2012/2013. Suggestions to the authors convey, especially to
school teachers are expected to foster students' self-confidence by providing
opportunities for students to develop their potential optimally. For parents should
be able to develop a child's confidence in everyday life such as assisting children
to learn, check of PR and provide opportunities for children to socialize with the
environment. For students should be able to develop confidence in themselves as
optimally as possible as trying to ask for things that are poorly understood,
answering questions and others. For further research in order to examine how the
analysis of the level of religious devotion with learning achievement.
