dc.description.abstract	The results showed that the teachers at SMP 3 Bangkinang Seberang show very prominent types of positive emotions on frequency often and very often, reaching 78.4% for teachers who have work under 10 years old, and 85.52% for teachers which have work 10 years and over. For negative emotions, teachers SMP 3 Bangkinang Seberang generally display sometimes, good teachers who have work under 10 years and the teachers who have work 10 years and over. And There are different types of emotions experienced by teachers at SMP 3 Bangkinang Across the years of service that have under 10 years with that have a service life of 10 years and above aspect of the percentage frequency of occurrence or the emotions, while the emotional aspect of it's own kind , almost all experienced it, both types of positive emotion and negative emotion types	en_US
