Abstract

Analysis Execution Of Levying Of Goods Property Of Area (Case Study in Secretariat of DPRD Provinsi Riau),Analysis execution of levying of goods property of area (Case study in Secretariat of DPRD Provinsi Riau). This research is conductedby at Environment Set Of Activity Peripheral Of Area (SKPD) Secretariat of DPRD Provinsi Riau. Phenomenon that happened is Planning of budgeting of levying of goods in Secretariat of DPRD Prov. Riau shall no longger in line with perpres of no. 54 year 2010 that is, inexistence Identify Requirement by Planning sub units and budgeting of just something which is requiring, this cause goods which enter in secretariat of DPRD Prov. Inappropriate Riau of requirement. Besides, at compilation phase and stipulating of budgeting plan happened delay of process because of levying of goods in Secretariat of DPRD Prov. Riau executed at Quarterly to 4 equally, activity of levying of goods in secretariat of DPRD Prov. Riau conducted by before is year-end, this cause many contract which do not finish and executed by because at mid of december represent equifinality from entire/all activity of the office end for year. As for intention of this research is to know how implementation of Perpres No. 54 Year 2010 about Execution of levying of goods property of area in Secretariat of DPRD Provinsi Riau and to know factors influencing in compilation of Execution of levying of goods property of area in Skretariat DPRD Provinsi Riau. Type and data source which is used in this research of dalah consist of primary data and and data of sekunder with amount of sampel which consist of functionary of technical executor of activity of levying of goods. used Method data collecting the used is interview and observation while method analyse data the used is descriptive method to depict intactly fact concerning implementation of Perpers No. 54 Year 2010 about Management Of Inventory Property of Area in Secretariat of DPRD Provinsi Riau. Pursuant to research which is is known that process levying of goods influenced by Identifying Kabutuhan, Compilation and stipulating of budgeting plan, Stipulating of policy of public about work package, Stipulating of policy of public about levying procedures, Compilation of activity frame of reference (KAK), Compilation of schedule activity of levying, Announcement of public plan of levying. As for factors influencing in execution of goods property of area at Environment Set Of Activity Peripheral Of Area (SKPD) Secretariat of DPRD Provinsi Riau is influenced by Planning, Execution and Exploiting, Evaluation and Monitoring.
