Abstract:
Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2002 on public
order in Pekanbaru (Street Vendors Case Studies). Research purpose for know
how the practiceImplementation of Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2002 on public

Pekanbaru, the government haslaws on public order,Research methods used in
this research is qualitative research. Conduct an interviews snowball sampling
technique, the key informants in this study. The informant who conducted the
interview was from Police Unit of Pamong Praja Pekanbaru and street vendors.
Who then analyze and manage the data.Based on the research that has been done,
and based on the theoretical concept, has been implemented by Police Unit of
Pamong Praja. But the command never runs constantly. the lack of reforming the
regulation.
