dc.description.abstract Motor vehicle tax is one of the revenue collected by local governments both provincial and district / city. Then the good service is one of the factors that must be met in order for the government revenue from the sector can be realized with a good tax. Not only is it a good service but the public service ethic is one of the crucial elements of public satisfaction with the success of the organization as well served public service itself. In the public service, in violation of ethics berbuatan still many dinegra we like the term administrative money, favoritism, less friendly in providing services. The purpose of this study is based on research problems is to know Public Service Ethics Unit of the Income Tax Office Tualang Siak district and to determine the factors that affect the Public Service Ethics Unit of the Income Tax Office Tualang Siak District. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods with the location in the Tax Research Unit Revenue Service Sub Tualang Siak and the key informants were employees of the IRS and the taxpayer. analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of public service ethic that is then correlated with the ethics of public service from expert opinion or based on theory and supported by interviews in do research and then draw conclusions. The survey results revealed that the Public Service Ethics Unit of the Income Tax Office Tualang Siak District unfavorable. This is due to factors that affect the Public Service Ethics Unit of the Income Tax Office Tualang Siak District including human resources, compensation or incentives and facilities en_US
