dc.description.abstract Askes Service (Health Insurance) at last five years obtained data that the increasing use the health service in the hospital government, no exception in RSUD Arifin Achmad Riau. But this is not in line with the increased quality of satisfactory services for the member of Askes, participants of Askes frequently often, upset over the problem concerning the health care service that they get. Formularization issue in this research is health services for participants of Askes (health insurance) in public hospital (RSUD) Arifin Achmad Riau. This research is purposes to knowing health services for participants of Askes (health insurance) in public hospital (RSUD) Arifin Achmad Riau. The method used is descriptive qualitative methods, which is the analysis of the detailed description based on a reality that is found in the field of health care, particularly for patients/participants of Askes. The Data used in this study is based on the theory of Parasuraman charge indicators will consist of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurances and Empathy. And secondary form data is (History, tasks and powers, organizational structure of the Provincial Arifin Achmad Hospitals of Riau Province). Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews, and review of documentation. Involves five informants that consists of a Head, one field service, one head of Askes center and three people patient participants of Askes. The results of the research of health services for the member of health insurance (Askes) in local hospitals (RSUD) Arifin Achmad Riau is “not excellent” because it is still the occurrence of the problems and a misconception that is happened between parties RSUD, Askes, and the patient participants of Askes. The slow process of health services lack of labor as well as the attitude of civil servants who are less well is evidence not good enough for people health services for participants Askes in RSUD Arifin Achmad of Riau Province en_US
