Abstract:
Result the indetification of the problem show that student of volley ball in
vocational high school 4of Pekanbaru’s not have a good psysical condition
especially reaction time. The inssues raised in this. Whethwer there is a
triangle Drill exercise influence to reaction time on the students volley ball’ of
Pekanbaru 4 vacational high school This is due to lack of exercise leads to
psysical condition especially reaction times. Therefore this study aims to
determine whether there are significan triangle drill to reaction time on
student volley ball club in vacational high school4 of Pekanbaru’. This
research is exsperimental research. The research conducted on student
vacational high school 4of Pekanbaru’. This research aims to know inf luence
triangle drill to reaction time on students’ volley ball club of Pekanbaru 4
vacational high school. Rescarch hypotheses proposed in this study is there
are significant of triangle drill to reaction time on the students’ volley ball
team of Pekanbaru’s 4 vacational high school. Data were obstained and
collected through the pretest and posttest before and after exercise. Data was
analyzed deskriftive result of t tes analyzes produces t count of 4.30 and t
table
1,796 at significan level 0,05. Because t count greater than t
tabel , show that it
can concluded H1 accepted. It can concluded that there are significan triangle
drill to reaction time on students volley ball club in vacational high school of
