PENGAWASAN PEMERINTAHAN DAERAH TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN PEMBANGUNAN JEMBATAN SIAK IV TAHUN 2009-2013

Abstract

The research looked at the implementation of development program siak bridge IV as the provincial government to speed up the flow of transportation and economic development as well as to access the national sport week XVIII in the Riau Province in 2012. But in the process, the construction of the bridge that takes hundreds of billion budget proved its implementation is not completed by the initial target is to support access to the national sport week in Riau Province in october 2012. This study aimed to examine the role of supervision in Riau Province Government siak IV bridge construction causing that problems. Research employed a qualitative approach in describing a phenomena encountered in the study. This study uses informant as sources of information objects that aim to achieve mastery in getting information in this study. Data used in this study is primary data and secondary data obtained through direct observation and interviews with sources of research. Analysis of the data in this study using a descriptive technique that aims to explain and describe the findings in the field. Based on the findings in the study that the surveillance conducted by the Government Riau Province namely through a hearing, inspection and report, where a hearing is conducted every 3 (Three months) once. In conclusion, with this oversight can find a solution to the constraints in the development process so as to hastening work bridge construction siak IV.
