dc.description.abstract This study aims to determine how the variables influence the discipline and work environments simultaneously and partially on paramedic performance (a case study on the Siak district hospitals). As for the population in this study is Siak Hospital paramedics who totaled 65 people and populations sampled in this study using the formula Slovin. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, and also it is a quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 19.00 From the results of testing that has been done, the simultaneous regression test (F-test) showed that disiplinn and work environments simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of paramedics. Partial assay results (t test) showed that the variables have positive discipline and no significant effect on the performance of the paramedics, and the work environment variables partially significant effect on the performance of paramedics. en_US
