Abstract:
The study was conducted at PT. ALTRAK 78 branches Pekanbaru with the aim to analyze the influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction and reward employees. The study population is all employees in the company, amounting to 87 people. Due to the limited number of population, census sampling is done. The method of data analysis is descriptive and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 17 for windows tools.
From the descriptive analysis concluded that the application of organizational climate and reward system has been going well, so that employees have a high level of satisfaction. The test results concluded that the simultaneous regression, organizational climate and reward significant effect on job satisfaction. Partially, variable award is the most powerful factor affecting the level of employee satisfaction compared to the influence of organizational climate variables.
Recommendation that can be given is that management provide a greater opportunity for employees to innovate in the face of the problems encountered in the performance of its duties. Employees should also be more actively involved in the process of drafting rules and procedures so that rules and procedures are made to accommodate the aspirations of the employees. To further enhance employee satisfaction is suggested that the design of bonus made more attractive and can help meet the needs of employees in the economy.
