Abstract:
Result identifies problem point out that students physical condition on X
class majors son of TKBB SMK N 5 Pekanbaru was maximal especially on
muscular explosive power . One of effort to increase explosive power that
correctness is election form effective and efficient training. Therefore this
research intent to know Training Influence compare Box Skip and Training
Incremental Vertical Hop to Muscular Explosive Power on Student X class
majors son of TKBB SMK N 5 Pekanbaru
This research is observational experiment. This research is done on
Student X class majors son of TKBB SMK N 5 Pekanbaru. This observational data
gathered through pretest and posttes before and after do two training form which
is training box skip and incremental vertical hop. Acquired data analysed by
descriptive.
This data analysis points out that exists affecting compare that signifikan
among training box skip and training incremental vertical hop to muscular
explosive power on Student X class majors son of TKBB SMK N 5 Pekanbaru.
Base statistical arithmetic result morphological test-t result tcomputing first group
are 2,48, second group are 3,44 by t
table
1,833, on first group and second group
are 3,087 by t
table
1,734 on α=0,05. Then gets to be taken by third that conclusion
hypothesis is accepted. Therefore training of box skip and incremental vertical
hop get to increase muscular explosive power. Step up average 5,7 on first group
and 6,3 on second group. therefore on step up average , training of incremental
vertical hop more affect which significant to muscular explosive power.
