Abstract:
Some of problem we faced for this research is to identify such as: (1) looking for the impact of motivation studyto the achievement for economic subject, (2) looking for the impact of the disciplined study to the achievement for economic subject,(3) looking for bath impact of motivation study and disciplined study to the student’s achievements on economic subject,esreally for class XI SMA Negeri 4 Siak. The population of the random sampling is all students of class XI SMA Negeri 4 Siak which is up to 105 students. 60 sampling students desired from the method of random sampling. The result of the research analysis used from descriptive analysis of persentase then regression linier square, simultant test,and partial test. Based on the descriptive analysis showed that the percentage of students' motivation level are included in the category of very high and to learn discipline included in the category of very high as well, while for the results of the economic study subjects included in both categories. Results of multiple linear regression analysis regression equation Y = 23.666 + 0.564 X1 + 0.270 X2. Test the significance of the regression equation by F test, F value = 25.351 obtained with a probability of 0.000 and less than 0.05. The amount of the impact simultaneously or together from the motivation of learning and disiplin learning on learning achievement of economic subjects is equal to 50.9%. Between motivation and diciplined to learn the greatest impact on learning outcomes in partial economic subjects is motivation that is equal to 56.4%, while the effect is smaller learning motivation by 27%.
