PERBANDINGAN LATIHAN BIG STEPS DAN LATIHAN HARNESS RUNNING TERHADAP KECEPATAN (SPEED) LARI SISWA EKSTRAKURIKULER SEPAK BOLA

Abstract
Result of from seeing and background of indentifikasi the problem of that student of ektrakurikuler football in SMA N 3 Pekanbaru still not yet owned the condition of physical which enough specially speed of The mentioned because of lack of practice which focus to condition of physical of this.Consequence this research aim to from this research to know how big comparison of influence of practice of Big Steps and of Harness Running for to speed extracurricular student run of football of SMAN 3 Pekanbaru.
Research use method of eksperimen.Population in this research football extra curricular student of SMAN 3 Pekanbaru,On the basic tally of population with technique calculation of got Saturated sampling 18 Student as sampel of Research.Data obtained and collected to through tes early and final before and after conducting practice of Big Steps and of Harness Runnig. obtained Data analysis descriptively,
Pursuant to analysis test t yield group thitung of A equal to 7 and group of B equal to 10,67 with ttabel 1,860,group of A and of B equal to 2,4 with ttabel 1,764 = 0,05. Burdening thitung > ttabel. Inferential that there are influence which practice signifikan of Big steps and of Harness Running for to speed running student of ektrakurikuler football of SMA N 3 Pekanbaru.Mean from make-up of group time of A 0,46 and group of B 0,67, meaning practice of Harness Running have more influence signifikan compared to practice of Big Steps.
