dc.description.abstract	Banking law is part of the banking system so if the law is not valid then the system will perbankanpun invalid because perbakan law determines the direction of policy from banking institutions such as Law No. 7 of 1992 on the Law of Banking feel less meakomodir the changes made by Law Number 10 of 1998. In the world of secret bank banking is very important that this is because in a secret bank that determines whether he's solid and can be trusted by its customers and should be protected either through civil or criminal.	en_US
