PENGARUH LATIHAN SLED TOWING OR SPEED CORD TOWING TERHADAP KECEPATAN LARI PEMAIN SEPAK BOLA KEPELATIHAN OLAHRAGA ANGKATAN 2011 UNIVERSITAS RIAU

ABSTRAK
This research is semieksperimen. the issues raised in this study is "whether the exercise sled towing or speed cord towing affect the running speed? ..." And The aim of this study to determine how much influence or speed training sled towing or speed cord towing to soccer players running speed, test or standard used is the 40-yard run speed tests.
The research was carried out on the football team sports coaching class of 2011 university riau. Study sample consists of 14 students. The research data obtained through the initial testing (pretest) and the end of the test (posttes) / pre-and post-training sled towing or speed cord towing. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics with significance level α of 0.05.
After a pretest and posttest data retrieval exercise turns sled towing or speed cord towing can increase the running speed of the average speed before training at 6,436 m / s, having trained at 7.005 m / s increase occurred with different speed of 0.569 m / s. The increase can be concluded there is a significant increase from this exercise. T can be seen from the results of 8.9 and ttable 1.771 with significance level α of 0.05. Because t hitung > t table then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted
