General anesthesia and spinal anesthesia have complications that could aggravate the condition of patient and increase the risk of death for patients with preeclampsia and eclampsia who undergo caesarean section. The purpose of this study was to determine a description of mortality preeclampsia and eclampsia patients who were undergo caesarean section with general anesthesia and spinal anesthesia. This study was a retrospective descriptive study by looking at patient medical records. The results obtained from 22 samples that all preeclampsia patients who died were severe preeclampsia and the number of eclampsia patients who died more than preeclampsia patients. Preeclampsia and eclampsia patients aged 20-35 years old and primigravida most commonly found. Composmentis awareness and body temperatures were 36,6°C–37,2°C found in all preeclampsia patients while apathy and stupor awareness and body temperature were >37,2°C most often found in eclampsia patients. Respiratory rates >18 times per minute was found in all preeclampsia and eclampsia patients. The laboratory results of proteinuria 3+ and thrombocyte > 100.000/uL most prevalent. The incidence of seizures < 10 times most frequently encountered eclampsia patients. The number of mortality incidence of preeclampsia and eclampsia patients who undergo caesarean section with general anesthesia and spinal anesthesia had the same amount were 11 people (50%). The number of preeclampsia and eclampsia patients with ASA physical status III most commonly found were 17 people (77,3%). Complications of eye disorders most frequently encountered were 12 people (54,5%). en_US
