dc.description.abstract National development is in this life can not be separated from the highranking State and all the people of Indonesia. The goal itself is to create a fair msyarakat nd prosperous. The community here is a key player in the development and the government is obliged to advise and guide you and create an atmosphere of support. Success here can not be separated from the role and functions of government organizations carry out tasks such as government officials that no other country is a civil servant who served as the organizer of a service public. But now the public service itself was in poor condition. Here is a form of public service institutions that govern society needs all kinds of people and inside there are various types of services such as services in the sub-district office Maharatu Marpoyan pekanbaru peaceful city. District office is an office that can be said is very close to that name took care services, especially services that exist in the community in which there are employees who work in accordance with the rules made or set. But the fact is it's own employees here who have violated the rules that have been set for them. Employees should handle all the constraints or all of the complaints in the community but the opposite happened actually felt less satisfied with the service provided employees. This is not due because the population is much that is not in accordance with the number of employees who work in the village. On the other hand, if viewed from the services available at this office as very much. Judging from the number of people who were there amounted to as much as 82 KK RT and RW as many as 20 families. The number of officials who worked in the office about 10 orag and existing services dikelurahan there seanyak 15 services (excluding of course given the other agencies).
