Abstract: Organizational Strategies in Providing Service to the Kantor Pelayanan
Perizinan Terpadu (KPPT) Pelalawan. This study aims to determine how the
implementation strategy of the organization in providing services to the Kantor Pelayanan
Perizinan Terpadu (KPPT) Pelalawan and to analyze the factors that hinder the
implementation of the organization's strategy in delivering the Kantor Pelayanan Perizinan
Terpadu (KPPT) Pelalawan. This research is descriptive qualitative where data collection is
done by purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the strategy given by the
Kantor Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (KPPT) has not been going well. This is evidenced by
the beautiful lodge that does not operate every day, socialization services that are not in
accordance with the program of Kantor Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (KPPT) and
inadequate infrastructure. Factors that hinder penerapam strategy Kantor Pelayanan
Perizinan Terpadu (KPPT) in providing service that is limited to the quantity and quality of
human resources, facilities and infrastructure is still lacking and there is no special perks or
incentives to employees
