Result identifies problem point out that woman volly’s team Sporting Education University of Riau still to exist lack while do jump that regarded by either of condition of physical which is muscular explosive power. One of effort to increase muscular explosive power that correctness is election form effective and efficient training. Therefore, this research intent to knows affecting compare that significant among side hope’s training method and skipping rope’s training method to muscular explosive power on woman volly’s team Sporting Education University of Riau. This research is observational experiment. This research is done on woman volly’s team Sporting Education University of Riau. Acquired observational data and gathered trough pretest and posttest before and after does two model of training form which is side hope and skipping rope. Acquired data analysed by descriptive. This data analysis point out that exists effecting compare that significant among side hope’s training method and skipping rope’s training method to muscular explosive power on woman volly’s team Sporting Education University of Riau. Base statistical arithmetic result morphological test-t result t computing group A are 4,13, group B are 2,79 by t table 1,833, on group A and group B are 5,91 by t table 1,734 on α=0,05. Then gets to be taken by third that conclusion hypothesis is accepted. Therefore training of side hop and skipping rope get to increase muscular explosive power. Step up average 4,3 on group A and 3,8 on group B. therefore on step up average , training of side hope more affect which significant to muscular explosive power. |
