Abstract:
This research was meant to find out the influence of incentives, the ability of work and motivation of work with simultaneously, partial and the factor of most dominant on the performance of the employees at PT Bank Mandiri Tbk the Branch of Sudirman and the Branch of Ahmad Yani in Pekanbaru.
A population that is used in this research is an employee at PT Bank Mandiri Tbk the Branch of Sudirman and the Branch of Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru which consisted of 132 people. While samples to research is determined by using formulas Slovin which consisted of 99 by using the method of sampling incidental. The magnitude of the influence of between the dependent variable and independent analysis by the use of descriptive analysis and statistics to use the model of the regression equation is linear.
The results of this research shows: (1) there are positive influence and significant simultaneously between incentives, ability of work and motivation work on the performance; (2) there is a positive influence and significant in partial between incentives and the performance, ability of work and the performance and motivation work and the performance; (3) obtainable that an incentive is the most dominant factor impact on the performance on PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk the Branch of Sudirman and the Branch of Ahmad Yani in Pekanbaru.
