Abstract:
Allegedly employees on Investing Pelalawan based on observations of the
mismatch between work culture apparatus Investing with cultural values work

space to do other activities and carried out during the working hours, Negligent

This that the application of the results of research work culture employees
on Investing (BPM) Pelalawan that result are good enough because BPM
Pelalawan in general have done a good work culture practice, which is known
from the existing work system on the employees have been able to run, as well as
the level of discipline of employees has also increased, in addition to the existing
work culture has been in the know by an employee even though the employee's
overall not figure it out. There are some obstacles in the implementation of
employee work culture at BPM Pelalawan is, among others, namely: the lack of
