OPINI WALI MURID TERHADAP DANA BANTUAN OPERASIONAL SEKOLAH (BOS) OLEH DINAS PENDIDIKAN KAB. KAMPAR DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI SMPN 3 SIAK HULU

Abstract

School Operational Assistance Fund is currently considered the most effective program because it can give contibution to the improvement of education quality in Kampar regency. Thus this research aims to: (1) To determine the parent’s opinion toward School Operational Aid (BOS) given by the District Education Office of District Siak Hulu in Kampar Regency in improving the quality of education in SMPN 3 Siak Hulu, and (2) To determine the factors that influence parent’s opinion toward School Operational Aid (BOS) by the District Education Office of District Siak Hulu in Improving the Quality of Education in SMPN 3 Siak Hulu. This study used historical research and political economy approach. Data collection techniques used are literature study, the data collection techniques understand, observation, analyzis, and identify existing knowledge in the literature in the form of reading materials, reference books, and other research material. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by using a model of interactive data analysis. To check the validity of the data, the authors used existing techniques referential adequacy.
