dc.description.abstract	Clean water should be free from Coliform and Escherichia coli. The aim of this research was to investigate the contamination of Coliform, Fecal Coliform and Escherichia coli in tap water Arifin Achmad hospital-Pekanbaru. This reaserch was descriptive laboratoric that used Most Probable Number (MPN) method. The result of this research was found Coliform in 5 samples clean water, Fecal Coliform was found in 3 samples clean water and 3 samples of Escherichia coli was found. In conclusion, clean water that 5 sample in Arifin Achmad Hospital-Pekanbaru is not cualified for clean water because of Coliform and Fecal Coliform contamination based on Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 416/SK/VII/1990.	en_US
