PROSPECTS FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT OF FOGGING FISH SALAI IN THE VILLAGE PUJUD DISTRICT OF PUJUD

Abstract

This research carried on the village Pujud District of Pujud in March 2012. This research aims to find out the prospects for industrial development of fogging fish salai in the village Pujud District of Pujud. While the benefits of research is one entries or information to those involved in the development of small industries, especially smoked fish industry, as information material for other researchers who want to investigate further in the same aspects as well as aspects related as well as to apply the knowledge gained authors during the lecture. Data collection techniques used in this research is using questionnaires, interviews and observations while sampling method by making direct observations of spaciousness to the object of research. Where the amount of the overall population by 92 businessmen smoked fish industry in the village Pujud District of Pujud. Data analys is used is descriptive analysis. From research on the prospects for industrial development of fogging fish salai in the village Pujud District of Pujud that fogging fish curing industry in the village Pujud District Pujud have a business opportunity or good prospects for development in the future if the review of the availability of raw materials, industrial curing fogging fish Village Pujud District Pujud job opportunities and business opportunities for the community to remember at least job opportunities for people in level as well and fogging fish curing industry has very good prospects in the coming period, given family income to communities in the Village Pujud District of Pujud.
