ANALYSIS OF INDUSTRIAL FOOD AND DRINK IN TOWN PEKANBARU

Abstract

The research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru purpose of this study to determine the occurrence of fluctuations of food and beverage industry in the city of Pekanbaru, to find employment fluctuations of industrial food and drink in the city of Pekanbaru, to determine the occurrence of fluctuations in food and beverage industry investment in the city of Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis is to address issues by outlining and explaining the research based on the data obtained and interpreted in accordance with the theories - theories that are relevant to describe the situation. The author also uses primary data collected directly from respondents and secondary data by time series (time series), in the form of annual, ie the period of 2007 -2011 and related agencies such as the Department of Industry and Trade of the city of Pekanbaru, Pekanbaru City Statistics and previous studies. From this research, the writer uses descriptive analysis of the influence of capital, labor, raw materials, investment, education level, income and number of dependents. For that is expected to help the government in the venture capital industry to help small and medium enterprises and improve the livelihoods of human resources.
