dc.description.abstract The aim of this study is to investigatesthe effects of postoperative wound healing apendektomi given early immobilisation. The design of the research is analytic with quasi experimental study which non-equivalent control group design. The research was conducted at the Arifin Achmad Hospital Pekanbaru with sample as 30. The sampling method was purposive sample. Measuring tool used the observation The results of statistical tests mann-whitney obtained mean value of p = 0.028 p value <α (0.05) then Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that there were significant differences between the wound healing process by providing clients with early mobilisation without the provision of early mobilisation, thus provision of early mobilisation may be more effective compared to no provision of early mobilisation. The research results are expected to be used early consideration the granting operating standards action postoperative mobilisation appendicitis. en_US
