TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN POST OPERATIF TERHADAP PELAYANAN PERAWAT DI RUANGAN RECOVERY ROOM

Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the determine the level of satisfaction, service nurses in recovery room and service relationship nurse's to the level of patient satisfaction postoperative recovery room. The design of the research is description correlation, the correlation picture satisfaction patient postoperative with the services nurse. The research do in the Hospital Ibnusina with sample as 71 . The sampling method was purposive sample The research uses questionnaire, the questionnaire thad been tested validity and reliability. The research uses Univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed the average quality of care nurses are very good that as many as 40 respondents (56.3%), average patient satisfaction are very good hat as many 52 responden (73.2%). The results of the statistical test chi quare obtained p value = 0.000 means p value <α (0.05) then Ho is rejected so it can be concluded that there is a correlation between postoperative patient satisfaction with the services nurse. The results of this study recommend continue to improve nurse patient satisfaction for the quality of nursing care in the recovery room space.
