Abstract:
The study was conducted in CV Mitra Abadi Pekanbaru in order to analyze the level
of conflict between employees and measure their effects on employee performance. Selects
respondents in full sampling or census techniques, so the number of survey respondents was
32 employees. The variables used in the study is the level of conflict, which is divided into
low-conflict, conflict and high conflict and optimum work performance. To test this
hypothesis, the method used is a simple regression testing.
The results showed that the level of conflict has a negative effect on employees'
performance. The tendency of the type of conflict that occurs among fellow employees in
CV Mitra Abadi is high conflict so the impact on the work performance of employees
who are at the level of mediocrity.
Recommendations are given to the management of the company is to promote the
creation of a state of conflict in order to provide optimum functional impact for the
company, as well as efforts to reduce the high level of conflict among employees.
