Abstract:
This research aims are to empirically proved the impact of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan To Deposite (LDR), Dividen Per Share (DPS), Return On Equity (ROE) dan Non Performance Loan (NPL) simultanously and partially toward the value of firm to the Banking Company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.
The population of the research are the banking company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period of 2006 – 2010, there were 36 banking company. The technique of sampling method is purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is a method to determining sample according to the research criteria and there were 23 company that fullfill the criteria. The analyse methode used multiple regression.
The result of this research partially CAR, LDR, DPS and ROE have a significant impact to the value of the firm, but not for the NPL. Simultanously all independent variabel have a significant impact the the value of the firm.
