dc.description.abstract	The objective of this study is to investigates the influences of placement and motivation to job satisfaction in Perum Bulog Divre Riau. The object of this research is Perum Bulog Divre Riau with 135 person of population, and its sample are 61 responden. The data which is use in this research is a primary data, such as interview and quisioner,and secondary data such as total data of employee, organization structure etc. The data anayis is descriptive analysis and quantitative (Multiple linier regresion) These results partially staffing variable does not affect the variable job satisfaction while the motivation that influence employee job satisfaction. The results showed a significant effect of the placement and motivation of employees simultaneously on employee job satisfaction on Perum Bulog Divre Riau.	en_US
