Abstract:
One of the educational program that gets a large enough budget allocation is Program School Operational Assistance. The use of funds must be used as effectively as possible in order to achieve the program objectives. According to Umar (2005), The effectiveness comes from the word meaning effective or appropriate target. Effectively lead to the accuracy or conformity between the work done by the intended purpose. In other words, the effectiveness of the emphasis on the comparison between plans with achievable goals.
The research was conducted in MTs Negeri Lipatkain in order to determine the effectiveness of use of the Program School Operational Assistance in 2009 in MTs Ngeri Lipatkain Kampar regency. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques with interviews and documentation. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative.
Using Program School Operational Assistance 2009 at MTs Lipatkain effective enough to use for school. Then the views of the impact of Program School Operational Assistance itself against the National Final Examination results simply show significant results. Then for no new admissions increased. This situation is caused by the limited number of existing classes that can not accommodate the number of students who enroll. Number of classrooms available for now only 11 rooms. Then for the number of students who dropped out did not decrease. Based on the information obtained in the discharge of students not because of funding constraints, but because the school moved to another area. Can dismpulkan that generally use Program School Operational Assistance 2009 at MTs Lipatkain quite effective.
