Abstract:
Abstract: Effectiveness officer job is a very important because it success of organization measured with a the effectiveness concept. Officer job effectiveness in Pelalawan Department of Plantations in achieving its goals can not be separated from the support of the employees themselves. Basically the work has been handed over to someone to be completed on time. Stacking jobs than would incriminate themselves also resulted in inaction on the completion of a job, so it is important to realize that the type of work is a chain of businesses or activities, so that the work of late so will result in the delay of the next job.
The purpose of this research is to examine the effectiveness Officer job Pelalawan Estate Office and also to determine the factors that influence the effectiveness Officer job Pelalawan Plantation Office, the study authors determined the informant by using purposive sampling and then assign as many as five people considered to know and understand the problems studied. Techniques of data collection in this study that through observation, interviews and documents, and the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and indicators in this study that affect the effectiveness of the individual's work motivation that result in changes in employment, job skills, work environment, work environment , equipment / facilities and procedures.
The results of a data analysis concludes that the effectiveness Officer job Pelalawan Estate Office is still quite effective. Therefore, the advice given in the last part of research is how to improve the effectiveness of the Office of Civil Employment Pelalawan Plantation.
