PENERAPAN METODE DRILL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERMAIN ALAT MUSIK PIANIKA PADA SISWA KELAS V SDN 041 PEKANBARU

Abstract
Tipe of This research is a class action, with V Grade students study subject were numbered as many as 39 students,While object in this study is to improve Pianika instrument playing skills through the application of Drill methods. This study was carried off from learning the art of music is still a lot of student who have not reached skill mastery in playing musical instruments, the number of students who unskilled are 24 students (61.53%) while skilled students are 15 students (38.46%). All teachers at the first lesson with the percentage of the first cycle I of 62.5%, the second lesson cycle I increased to 70.83%, at the first lesson of cycle II at percentage 79.16%, the second lesson of cycle II the percentage increased to 85.41%. While the student activity at the first lesson of cycle I with a percentage 62.5%, the second lesson of cycle I increased to 75%, in the first lesson of cycle II with a percentage 81.25%, the second lesson of cycle II the percentage increased to 87.5%. Skills in playing a musical instrument pianika is 57.17 with 38.46% percentage of skilled scored 70 which refer to the KKM. Once applied Drill methods, the UAS I 69.84 average with percentage 79.48% skill, while UAS II 78.92 average with a percentage of 100% skill. Based on the result it can be conclude that Drill Methods can improve skills in playing musical instruments pianika to student SDN 041 V Pekanbaru.
