Abstract

Meranti Islands Regency Government, seeks to explore the potential of the area through the local financial revenue which is used as a source of local revenue. One attempt to do is to create a policy on the collection of fees for services that will be outlined in the Regional Regulation. Collection of user charges for services policy for Meranti Islands Regency has not materialized in the form of local regulations, but is still a Draft Regulation that does not have the force of law against the levy collection efforts for services Meranti Islands Regency.
