dc.description.abstract |
Synthesis of selenium doped ZnO (ZnO/Se) has been successfully carried out. In this study,
selenium ZnO doping was prepared by the biosynthesis method using matoa leaf extract.
optical properties and surface morphology of ZnO/Se were analyzed using UV-Vis
spectroscopy characterization and Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy
(FESEM). The UV-Vis spectroscopy results show that the absorption peak is in the optical
range of 300-700 nm with a decreasing bandgap energy. FESEM analysis showed image
magnification of up to 20,000 times with nanoflower morphology |
