PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM NASIONAL PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT MANDIRI PERDESAAN SIMPAN PINJAM KELOMPOK PEREMPUAN (PNPM MPd SPP) DI DESA TELUK BUTON KABUPATEN NATUNA TAHUN 2008-2012

Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of the National Program for Community Empowerment Rural Savings and Loans Group Women (PNPM MPd SPP) on Buton Bay Village Natuna regency Year 2008-2012 .The fact that there is in the field indicate that SPP MPd PNPM program is not running as it should due to the arrears by the beneficiary the SPP funds. This is why the village of Buton Bay sanction program is not given anymore MPd SPP PNPM program in this village, and the sanctions lasted for three years from 2009 until 2012. The results of this study indicate that there are several factors that cause delinquency SPP funds, the first socialization program poorly due to lack of participation of women in the socialization, both SPP funds are not used for business activities, the three knowledge and user education tuition funds are low as undermining the loan because the funds should free help from the government, lack of coordination because the four rural locations that are difficult Buton Bay taken.
