SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN UNTUK MENENTUKAN PENERIMA KARTU INDONESIA PINTAR MENGGUNAKAN METODE SIMPLE MULTI ATTRIBUTE RATING TECHNIQUE (SMART) BERBASIS WEB

Abstract

Indonesia Smart Card (ISC) is a card intended for poor and vulnerable poor families who want to send their children aged 7-18 years for free. The ISC program is also designed to attract students who have dropped out of school to return to school. Senior High School (SHS) was chosen as the object of research because many people from underprivileged families who send their children to school hope that they can continue their education at the junior secondary level and study social science and language. The process of evaluating prospective beneficiaries is directly carried out by the committee and is still done manually. Making it possible to make a decision support system for ISC recipients using the web-based smart method. The system created is designed using UML diagrams, making the system using the PHP programming language and database. The system is able to process prospective recipient data which results in a proper recipient recommendation output. The final result of the smart calculation using one hundred experimental data in the system is a ranking sorted by the value of each alternative from the largest to the smallest value, where the results of this recommendation can be used for decision making for the school.
