    Implementation of Legal Aid Advocate By Police In Process Investigation in Pekanbaru has not gone up. During 2012 to 2013 there were 148 cases that go to Pekanbaru Police, while the offense was accompanied by a lawyer only five (5) cases. Thus, it means the provisions contained in Article 56 of the Criminal Procedure Code was not fully implemented by the Police Investigators in Pekanbaru. obstacles in the investigation due to the economic conditions of clients who are unable, because of a lack of coordination and support from other law enforcement agencies such as police, prosecutors, judges in the provision of free legal aid Cuma.
