    PERAN PEREMPUAN DALAM KELUARGA BATAK TOBA DI DESA SIMPANG ABC KECAMATAN RAMBAH SAMO KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU

    ABSTRACT In Simpang ABC village, exactly in Kecamatan Rambah samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu there is Batak Toba Culture, batak mandailing culture, batak pappak culture and batak caro culture. In social relation clan is main thing to create that they call “calling” in social relation. And after they know family clan each other they start to remember and learn about external and internal analogy. In batak society, if there is no son to continue they family clan it will be some problem in their clan. And it cab be a reason to have a child more and more even they have a many daughter in their family. Poeple will talk about tradision and culture if to many daughter and no son in one of family. Woman’s position more low than man’s position. In batak culture never we found that woman as a spiker in tradisional agenda. Man consider to know and to anything about that. In fact woman and man has same stratification. Our obbreviation problem is 1. What is roles of batak’s woman in batak social structure Desa Simp ABC ? 2. How is woman position and woman’s role in family life in desa simp abc ? desriptive kualitative are use in this research with census, all of population be a respondent. Unfair fell like diskriminative that make woman behind man that make the woman to fight their better status , roles and fungtion in family and society. Rejected about woman in job it more because she is a woman not because their capability than a man. It is only because their gender.
