Item PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT (PHBS) DI KELURAHAN SIMPANG TIGA KECAMATAN BUKIT RAYA KOTA PEKANBARU(2013-06-12) SOFIA, ZARISClean and healthy behaviors (PHBS) in the household is a set of behaviors that diperaktikan on the basis of consciousness as a result of learning, which makes a person, a family or a group of people able to help themselves (self-contained) in the health sector and play an active role in creating public health. Village communities Simpang Tiga is an area in the city of Pekanbaru, this village is very dense environment to population and the various activities that occur in their environment so that people still have not run a clean and healthy lifestyle that goes well. Data Pekanbaru City Health Department (2010-2011) noted that District 12 has experienced an outbreak of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) occurred among the Bukit Raya district one of many that occurred in the village of Simpang Tiga, according to information that is the case is due to behavioral factors less healthy lives. Of phenomena that occur in the field found that many people living in this area is still not running clean and healthy lifestyle. The purpose of this study was to see whether the 10 indicators for PHBS that have been set by the Government through the Department of Health (MoH) is done by the people in the Village District Simpang Tiga Bukit Raya and to know the factors that influence the behavior of Healthy Lifestyle on the local community. This study took location right in the location in the Village District Simpang Tiga Bukit Raya Pekanbaru. The authors take consideration of the object of study is based on the desire to learn how to live clean and healthy behaviors (PHBS) a densely populated area. Sampling set for RW 04 as the target population with a low level category PHBS based assessment of local government. The number of families in RW 04 470 households were then determined by 10% of respondents from 470 households to obtain 47 respondents. Based on the results of the study and discussion of research on the behavior of clean and healthy living can be concluded that (PHBS) Simpang Tiga village community has not fully run in accordance with 10 indicators (Dipkes) that run in the family environment. This is due to internal factors such as, beliefs, customs, and the willingness of external factors education, income and employment
